I also made beef, mushroom and red wine pie. It was pretty good. I think Courtney may be finishing it off as I type. Yes, I’m new at making pie, that’s why it’s so interesting-looking (but it tasted fantastic). And yes, I made it in a cake tin — it turns out that everyone else in Adelaide wanted to make pie too. Haters bought all the pie trays.
