Year In Review: Favourite TV Shows of 2011

I may not have watched many movies this year, but I sure watched a hell of a lot of TV series. I don’t know, I just find them easier to watch, and I’m so much more committed to the characters and the stories. It’s true that I watch a lot of trash - partly because I enjoy it, but mostly to keep myself mindlessly entertained - but, contrary to popular belief, I do take the time to watch decent shows as well. My favourite shows of 2011:

2. Happy Endings*
3. Game of Thrones
4. Homeland
5. Offspring
6. Slide
7. The Vampire Diaries (if you haven’t watched past the first six episodes, don’t you dare tell me it’s a bad show)
8. New Girl
9. Community
10. Revenge

* Fringe and Happy Endings are my first and second favourite shows of the year, respectively. The rest are in no particular order.
